Immediate need for a Physician to join a OB/GYN group.
Lets discuss

1.
Compensation:
$220,000 base plus a wRVU incentive program.
Once wRVU (E&M, Surgery) equals 5,680 for any contract year, an incentive payment of $40.
00 for each wRVU over the 5,680 will be paid (paid quarterly).
2% increase on base and wRVU multiplier for years 2 and 3 of employment contract.

Call:
will be 1 in 4 nights

3.
Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner:
physician would be expected to assist in oversight of mid-level provider(s) and may become a supervising/collaborating physician.

5.
Benefits:
eligible for Hospital provided benefits including health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan (with 3% matching and 3% non-elective contributions available), 4 weeks PDO, plus 6 holidays and 1 week CME (up to $3,000).

6.
Physician Engagement:
OB/GYN physicians are expected to attend medical staff department meetings, serve on medical staff committees as requested, and actively participate in relationship building activities with referral sources, including primary care physicians and the community (i.
e.
schools, business, etc.
).
The organizations marketing and its business development staff will assist in this endeavor.

7.
Competencies:
OB/GYN surgeon must be competent and interested in providing OB and GYN services, including laparoscopic surgery and office based procedures (see attached); robotic experience a plus

8.
Emergency department:
staffed 24/7 by ED physicians, has approximately 26,000 visits per year, and is a non-trauma designated facility.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
